a. Order Cancellation: Customers may cancel their order within 1 day of placing it through our App. After this timeframe, cancellations are subject to approval upon request.

Customers can request order cancellation by their own through app or website with in 24hrs, after that the can do this by contacting our customer support team through the App or by reaching out to the provided contact information.

All cancellation requests will be reviewed and approved based on the terms outlined in this policy and the specific circumstances surrounding the order.

Changes to orders, including modifications or additions, may be treated as cancellations and subject to the terms and conditions of this policy.
